Simply a great album, start to finish. A unique blend of musical influences that come together so cohesively. There is great diversity (as always) - yet the trademark TLP (undercurrent) sound  is always evident. This (Midnight Matinee) can only happen when you a combination of very talented musicians who are completely committed to their craft. Songwriting this good doesn't come along that often / a must purchase for virtually any music aficionado.

So few bands get better over time, but these guys keep churning out wonderful music.  I would even venture to say that they are their own genre.  Fantastic!  A+++++++

With heavy reverb guitars, slick production values, haunting vocals, and an otherworldly like sound, Midnight Matinee by The Lost Patrol is an experience unlike any I've come across, as of late. In fact, it has yet to leave my rotation since its first play. A unique collision of surf and city that will not disappoint.
