Album Notes

How do you make a million people care? It's a question that does not have an easy answer. Twin Community is proud to present Love By Design's effort to answer that very question with the release of "Let the Outside In.” "Let the Outside In" is 11 songs reflecting a potpourri of emotion. Its fruition involved a wide array of arrangements and instrumentations, allowing for a marriage of expression and color, in unison with its honest lyrical substance. This isn't an album that was contrived and magnified by outside forces. There weren't any label reps, managers or lawyers’ pushing the band to go in one direction verses another. This was self-contained and created on a singular vision. They weren’t looking for that one big song, only to fade into oblivion shortly after. The goal was to create an album complete in thought from beginning to end. Love By Design is a collaboration of expression from those who for too long heard the whispers of skepticism. In that, they agreed to create something that was not inspired by the bottom line, top 40, MTV or corporate radio. Inspired by true-life events, the music comes from the heart, soul and most of all, the allegiance to the integrity of song. You might say it was the “Love” of song created "By Design." The result is an album full of music that is ripe with color, enabling it to speak to the masses. So, enjoy the songs . . . the melodies . . . the instrumentations . . . but most of all, enjoy the ride. And to answer the question, "How do you make a million people care?"....... "Let the Outside In."

Great collections of songs with integrity and guts!

Never heard of these guys before. Stumbled across it on CD Baby and glad I did. The album from start to finish is full of songs with inner reflection, self conscious, while keeping the music fresh and full. If you listen to each song, you can tell that these guys put a lot of thought into every sound. There is always something going on. Songs like "On Ice" and "Good Fortune" are highlights but that's not because the rest aren't any good. It's about time a cd comes out that I can listen to from start to finish.
