Wolfgang Schmid is one of the best known and most successful bassists in
Europe and was in the seventies, a central figure in Klaus
Doldingers legendary jazz-rock group PASSPORT. It was followed by his own band,with PARADOX or Wolfhound, special kick, and the ARD television series "Superdrumming"1996
PARADOX he founded with Billy Cobham (dr) & Bill Bickford (guitar). His
furious playing style and his style earned him a variety of diversity
polls in USA and Germany, worldwide tours and appearances at
many festivals.
