The Bio

Lucas Cates is a young singer/songwriter from Madison, Wisconsin. His debut album, “Contradictory”, has just been released on PopBomb Records.

Recently, The Lucas Cates Band was added to Triple A radio giant, 105.5 WMMM. “4everytime”, has been putting a feel-good vibe into the summer airwaves. Says Jeff Black of 105.5 Triple M,

"If Lucas Cates and his band aren't being enjoyed nationally within the year, there is something seriously wrong with the Triple A music industry.”

The Lucas Cates Band consists of 3 high school friends and their older, illegitimate, adopted, delinquent brother/producer.

They are performing showcases in support of “Contradictory” and have appeared on Urban Theatre (T.V.), Live at Five(WISC-TV) and 105.5 WMMM for “Live from Studio M”. They have shared the stage with The Gabe Dixon Band and Michael Glabicki of Rusted Root.
