“Ludington’s outré acoustic ditties are catchy, drunken, stein-sloshing chanteys whose high art lies in the way they string together non sequiturs and invite the listener to sing right along.” – Peter Aaron roll Creative Living in the Hudson Valley

Album Notes

Some Glitter is a ten-track, low-fi recording. The material was written in my early twenties after I lost my cat, and during the time I traveled from Boston to Arizona. I visited my friend Seth Faergolzia while he was producing his musical, Fun Wearing Underwear, at Suny Purchase, just outside of NYC. Inspired by his creative vigor and by impossible love, I wrote the majority of the material on the album there at Suny Purchase. I took a train from Boston to Flagstaff and while in the observatory deck, I wrote the lyrics to Laughing for Pete\'s Sake. I had never seen red mountains before and I ended up living among them in Prescott AZ. I moved into an artists studio in my friend\'s backyard where Some Glitter was born. Everything was recorded on a Tascam four-track, using my dad\'s old sm58\'s and his ghetto headphones, which make me look like a storm trooper imitating princess Leah.
