Once again, Lugo, has laid down a fantastic track with a little something something for all of us to enjoy. Lugo is the only artist out here that I know of that can go from 60's grooves, to Latin beats, to Neo Soul, to hip hop a licious, to cool jazz, to Reggae, etc., and still deliver good product. I call What is a Minute coolhj, or cool hip hop jazz. I'm waiting for the powers that be to check out this young brothers music repertoire - he's written more produced music than any other young artist that I know. Well, got to go - heading down to Negril with What is a Minute, playing in the background while I eat some jerk chicken and lay on the beach catching the sun, surf, and tranquility - smile.
