This trio embraces the advancement of integrated expression and listening patterns for concious, groove-oriented audiences. Both acoustic and electronic, Luminosity provides a mutliplicity of arsthetics, moods and sonic capabilities. Groove is the direct intention of this seamless ensemble. Weaving rhythmically pressurized, intellectual harmonic progressions with tangible meoldies ensures the infectious experience of every performance. With the amalgamation of acoustic and digital composotion, this trio is a platform for the expression and unity of many influences.
Luminosity began in 2005 when Ramon called Justin and Joseph from Tokyo. The three had developed a musical friendship in Florida between 200 and 2003. At the time of the call, they were all thaousands of miles apart but their friendship was still substantial. Luminosity's sound is inspired by their friendship and sonic appetite. The trio gravitates to the calculated pressure of rhythmically cohesive sound structures. luminosity aims to embrace the beauty of the trio's various loves in music.
