Luna Trick is the creative brainchild of English multi-Instrumentalist, Daniel Staniforth. Classically trained as a Cellist, Staniforth crafts an array of songs styles - ranging from alt-pop/rock to widely experimental. His hybridized guitar style renders many different sonic colours, which are further enhanced by his willingness to explore different instrumentation. Luna Trick is hard to pidgeon-hole in that it fuses many different elements, from darkwave, electronica, space-funk, to ethereal. Following from the noteworthy debut CD, Total Submersion, this album also has a few stand outs, including are the critique on religious cruelty, "Orthodox Killers" – the confessional, "Tears in Vino" - and the overtly political "Suffer the Fool".
