Album Notes

This is LVNMUZIQ’s 4th CD Release.

The EP contains the following songs: “Growing Pains” and “Contemplating the Void” were both recorded in Decatur, GA, at Eddie’s Attic in May 2008. “THIS” was recorded in Liz’s living room in Grand Rapids, MI. “Back Seat” was recorded at Jeff Engle Studios in Grand Rapids, MI. It is a song that was written for the film documentary, "Fagbug", which is about hate crimes against gays and lesbians. LVNMUZIQ also has two other songs in the film that are on the “Orange Kiss” CD. The film will premiere on the big screen in 2009 and has already been accepted into several International Film Festivals. Tegan and Sara and Ember Swift also have songs in the film.

Liz has been touring nationwide for the past 2 1/2 years. Within the last year, LVNMUZIQ has performed at over 100 gigs in 21 states and performed with talented artists such as Ellis, Pamela Means, Jennifer "JJ" Jones, Catie Curtis, and has performed at festivals with folks like Melissa Ferrick, Cris Williamson, and God-des and She.

LVNMUZIQ has performed at many music festivals such as The National Women's Music Festival, Estrogenfest, and Red Rock Women's Music Festival. They also perform at many GLBT events, PRIDE Festivals, Colleges, and House Concerts.

LVNMUZIQ is Liz Snavely on harmonica, acoustic guitar, and vocals and Steph DeJong on violin.
