Love, heartbreak, self-destruction... This album is a very personal journey into darkness, via synth-driven punk rock.
"An art-punk /synth/bass/drums band. The moog-meets-Brian Wilson songs are supported by John Bonham-esque drumming & Holger Czukay-isms. Here they succeed in capturing the sound of their incendiary live show in the studio. Recorded using all analog & tube equipment, & tape, capturing the warm sound of some of their heroes' albums like pioneers PiL, The Fall, Can, Wire, Eno. But none of those bands had lyrics like this."
