Innovative original jazz, blues and pop songs by Mache Seibel, performed by the Ben Schwendener Trio, with vocalist Melinda Stanford. I was listening to a set by Ellis Marsalis and sipping a mango slush when I wrote the title song Mango. Sit back, enjoy.

Fourteen original songs by Mache Seibel, one of Boston's most innovative song writers and a reproductive endocrinologist voted by his peers as one of the Best Doctors in America in his specialty. If you're a woman in your 40s or over, you will particularly enjoy Red Hot Mama, a song about menopause. And if you're into Martha's Vineyard, you will love Paradise. OMG! I can't stop listening to "Two Rings." Pass the tissues please. "Paradise" really does take me away from the hustle and bustle of life. "Red Hot Mama" brings me right back to reality. Nice collection of feel-good music.
