One of the best dixiland albums I've bought. Don't be mistaken, this is straight jazz; the word "blues" is in the title is because most of the songs are jazz covers of blues songs.
These musicians are out of sight; if you want your trumpet to howl, if you want your clarinet to growl, if you want your piano to give you the jitters, in short, if you like your dixieland low down and dirty, this is the album for you!
