MAD LOVE COMPILATION
Making a difference living on Vancouver's eastside

VANCITY REPRESENTIN...

Vancouver hiphop record label Integrity Records has released its first project the "Mad Love" compilation. The compilation features 11 of Vancity's local hiphop artists who have collaborated to make this CD. The compilation consists of the who's who in the Vancouver hiphop scene. Checkmate, Swollen Members, Moka Only, Social Deviantz, CIA, Mr. Bigstuff formerly (MC PIN from Organized Rhyme), 2-Tone, Shines n' F-roc, The Stuntman, 2Ra, & White Plains.

The "Mad Love" Compilation has been receiving rave reviews on the Westcoast for its quality hiphop tracks. Shines n' F-roc's song "Vanity" was selected from "Mad Love" to be featured on the GO WEST CD compilation which features such prominent artists such as, Colin James, Jann Arden and Wide Mouth Mason. The "Mad Love" compilation has a dual cause attached to it, firstly to expose the talent that is coming out of the streets of Vancouver(Vancity) to the World. Secondly, "Mad Love" is an acronym for "Making a difference living on Vancouver's eastside" which means all net proceeds from the sale of the compilation will benefit the Sheway Project. The Sheway Project is a drop-in shelter in the downtown eastside of Vancouver, for pregnant women with alcohol and drug dependencies who come in off the streets for assistance.
