Phil Maffetone, an internationally known physician and best-selling fitness author, has worked with many of music’s legends, including the Red Hot Chili Peppers, the late Johnny Cash, and legendary producer Rick Rubin. As one critic wrote about the singer-songwriter's debut CD, WE ALL NEED (2006), Maffetone's “breathy harmonies, acoustic and shimmering electric chords combine to form a tasty serving of late 1960s-style dreamy pop, not unlike the White Album-era Beatles.” Phil’s new CD, BETWEEN US, like his first album, features guest appearances by John Frusciante (Red Hot Chili Peppers), Brad Wilk (Audioslave/Rage) and solo artist Jonny Polonsky.

Singing and playing piano and flute with Phil is the gifted and magical Dr. Coralee Thompson, a former medical director. Coralee's singing is multi-layered, rich, and melodic; her wonderful voice takes listeners to sweet, private places of soothing enchantment.
