Album Notes

Mah Tovu's first release brings Jewish teaching to life with an upbeat, contemporary sound that kids and adults alike will listen to again and again. With influences ranging from Bruce Springsteen to the Police to U2 to the Beatles, this eclectic mix includes elements of folk, rock, reggae, and jazz. Produced by Sam Glaser and recorded in a state-of-the-art Los Angeles recording studio, this debut recording from Mah Tovu took the Jewish music world by storm. Included are three songs chosen as finalists in the 1995 American Jewish Song Festival.
