Quality cannot begin to describe this band from San Diego, CA. Manganista takes alternate, ska, and rock to a new and warped level (in a good way). It gains its power from the unique styles of the singing, to the circus like organ work, to the strong force of the drums, guitars, and yes, even xylophone and marimbas. (When was the last time you heard marimbas mesh so well with a rock band?) If you are bored with the alternate scene, refresh your taste with Manganista. It will make you feel like Movie Star…
