Excellent electronic synth and effects

An excellent example of what can be achieved with synths and effects when dance music is not the point. A wonderful album full of original (as well as vintage) sounds and textures.

wow - very old school sounding experimental electronic with some nice new effects action. sounds like lots of analog (real? and modelled) as well as some newer, more powerful synths. Very little percussion at all, most tracks rely on the percussive feel of some simple synth patches to keep a rhythm. seem to have some pretty complex effects going in certain parts. Bonus - they licence this using creative commons so you can sample from this as well.
