A message for parents:
The sanskrit mantras on this CD are among the most basic and powerful mantras for your children of all ages. The music is purposely arranged to lead your child from an active mind to a calm and meditative state.

In my own experience, I have found that chanting mantras will help a child feel more relaxed and focused. I chant mantras with my children on our way to school to center them for the day and before bedtime to promote healthy dreams. I’ve also chanted mantras to soothe and distract my children during times of nervousness. What you will eventually find is that your children will feel more at peace with themselves and the world around them.

The Ganpathi Mantra with affirmations was added at the last minute and I hope it will benefit your children as it has mine. The concept was inspired by my four-year-old son, Jaidan, who is often afraid of trying new things. We would practice positive affirmations every night before bedtime and I would chant the Ganpathi Mantra on his behalf (parents can chant mantras for their children!) Within a couple of weeks, his confidence rose and he began to trust his instincts more.
