Roland Marconi, a lifelong collector and student of music has been performing and recording music for over 25 years. His passion for music and instruments from every part of the world, combined with a fascination for electronics has generated a diverse and unique album that spans the genres of Rock, Jazz, Electronica, Ambient and New Age.
"Elemental Being" is a collection of pieces composed for and inspired by the elements of life that we draw into ourselves and circulate back into the world. With multi-talented collaborators, Amjed Abdallah, Thierry De Oliveira and others, Roland has combined a wide range of musical styles into a harmonious excursion through the elemental vibrations of sound.

Also as a producer, songwriter, guitarist, percussionist and project coordinator, Roland has created "A Chance for Peace", a compilation CD benefit for "Educators for Social Responsibility" to promote peace and social justice education in our public school systems. (Also available on CD Baby)

As a music composer, sound designer, video artist and documentary film-maker, Roland has produced soundtrack music for several award winning documentaries as well as for several of the Turano Dance Company's critically acclaimed productions.
