An extraordinary power of anointing with a mixture of worship is just one way to describe the ministry of a young man with purpose and vision, Pastor Marcus Davidson. Pastor Davidson, a well known established Pastor and Moderator has traveled the world spreading the good new of Jesus Christ through the preached word. With the release of his debut album “I’ll Say Yes” he continues to convey the message in song.

A native of Tuscumbia, AL Pastor Davidson accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior at the early age of six and he answered the voice of Jesus at the youthful age of sixteen to preach the gospel. Fifteen years later, after receiving a Master of Biblical Studies and a Master of Divinity degree, Pastor Davidson now travels across the country ministering the gospel of Jesus Christ in both song and the preached word. In 1999 Davidson was elected Pastor of the Pleasant Grove Missionary Baptist Church in Courtland, AL where he currently serves, and is the Moderator of the Muscle Shoals District Missionary Baptist Association Incorporated.

Calling for the entire family, Pastor Marcus Davidson guarantees a spirit filled worship experience with a down home traditional flavor. Working with dynamite producer Courtney Franklin of Memphis, TN Pastor Davidson delivers 10 power house songs that will fit right in with Sunday Morning Worship. The album starts off with Thompson Community Choir sounding “Take it away” then slides right into Church of God in Christ (COGIC) central with the good ole “Church Medley” featuring gospel recording artist Jamel Strong of Huntsville, AL. The album continues to heat up with the smash hit “Call on the Lord” with this track Davidson exemplifies true conviction that when you are going through trials and tribulations, call on the Lord He’ll answer! The album has a variety of songs for everyone from the youthful “I won’t turn back” to the o’le school churchy rendition of “I know the Lord.” This project is one that will be in the airwaves for quite some time.
