Album Notes

Getting Nowhere Fast - An Uptempo satire about exercising, complete with a "phatt"brass section.

A Love Full Of Energy - A tune I exercise to because it has a nice pounding unusual groove

Get The Camera - A smooth groove with a simple request, Get The Camera and record those wonderful memories.

Police Cops - A Reggae Rock groove written for a school documentary on Police and ask the question, "Do we have the right to remain silent?"

Lighten Up - Grooving in a Rock Blues style I guess I'm trying to say guys like me don't have a lot of nice things because we gave them to loved ones.

Around Again - An upbeat thumping smooth flowing simple song that is about living life inspite of our fears.

When You Call - I wrote this song expecially for loved ones. Maybe after hearing this, they'll call more often.

Colors Of My Mind - From a same named film it reminds us of how much we think in colors.

Glory Days - This song was originally written for a Sitcom as a reflection on those of us just not willing to let go of past times.

The Winds Of Change - Changes may blow in like the wind but faith will lead us to the same good thing again.
