Marcy Baruch is a masterful songwriter. From "Scream Baby Scream" (track 4) to the end of the CD and back around to "Here I Am" (track 3), her music reaches deep inside you as calls you to be all that you are, while she identifies with and validates every emotional space in the spectrum. I listen to this CD almost every day. Her powerful message of forgiveness, personal responsibly, love for self and others, the power within us, the gift of being patient and still, and that life is JOY, is a message that I find invaluable. I can't think of a more beautiful way to center myself than to listen while her music works its magic inside me. I have purchased this CD for many of my friends and loved ones. It's the best gift you can give to yourself or anyone you love. 

I love her real, raw, down-to-earth, playful and compassionate style. When I listen to "Carry On" (track 12) I feel that I've received a blessing over my entire life; past, present and future, that gives me "the confidence of the stars above."  Oh, and her voice!!! Angelic, amazing, beautiful, and captivating. More than a few times, I've found myself "lost" in the quality and beauty of the music. This combination of lyrics and center and ground me, delivered inside of music that puts me in the clouds, is a rare and wonderful treasure. Marcy Baruch's work is a gift to us all.

I have utterly and completely fallen deeply in love with the songs on Marcy Baruch’s “Strength of Love” CD. I recently heard Marcy sing LIVE at “The Divine Dance” spiritual workshop (Winnipeg, Manitoba, 2011) featuring world-renowned spiritual teacher Dr. Marc Gafni. I had attended the workshop because of all the many wonderful things I’d heard about Dr. Gafni, and I was delightfully surprised to find there was a captivating musical component to the workshop as well. The way Marcy held us all in chant and song was unlike anything I had ever experienced before. I was immediately drawn to her because of the angelic quality of her voice. I walked into the room and I felt as if a warm blanket had enveloped my entire body. Marcy’s loving essence seeped through every pore of my being and went straight to my soul. I have not been the same ever since. Over the course of the weekend, it became clear to me that these songs would be essential to my own personal healing and transformative life journey. Each song reminds me of who I am, what I am, and where I am going. I knew I had to buy her “Strength of Love” CD!!! That may have been one of the best decisions I have ever made. 
I have been listening to "The Strength Of Love" now for three months, and I just cannot get enough of Marcy's songs. I listen to the CD every day as part of my daily practice in becoming an Evolutionary Lover! Marcy’s songs take me to a place where I can directly experience the larger consciousness to which I belong. I feel safe when I hear her voice, as I tap into my deep knowing that the Divine Mother eternally nurtures me. I feel safe enough to fall into pure trust with God.  As Marcy so beautifully puts it in my favorite song ”Here I am” (Track 3), “I am God’s to do with as only God can, I return to the place of my Soul’s homeland, Here I Am.”
As someone who has been studying psychology, the evolution of human consciousness, and Integral Theory for many years, I appreciate clear articulation. As someone who yearns for a spirituality that runs deep in substance, I appreciate the kinds of encounters that take me there. Marcy's music has both. This unique combination has the effect of piercing the walls of my heart, breaking it open, and amplifying my capacity to love every aspect of my life. I am SO grateful for these songs. The way they open my heart allow me to live at a higher vibration, which in turn helps me to attract even more love and beauty into my life! In other words, the songs transform me into a love signal to which all good things in life are attracted. In this way, the album is magical! I strongly recommend this CD to everyone and anyone. Having purchased the pre-production version of this album a few years back, I was beyond delighted to hear the finished version with the production changes and additional songs.  Marcy is an excellent song writer and an extraordinary vocalist whose lyrics touch that place in the heart that responds with recognition and the joy of being a part of this beautiful life we all share.  Her vocal range and clarity is exquisite and I listen to this CD over and over in my car and sing along.  It feels good!
