Marghee Marks O’Donnell has been gifted with the desire to sing since her childhood in Hammond, Indiana. She began learning the guitar while attending St. John Bosco middle school and performed as a folk singer, composing songs about her experiences in both the physical and astral planes of existence. She currently appears with the “Just Us Band”. They play sparkling interpretations of famous songs as well as her inspiring original music. Marghee sings and plays a Fender Telecaster guitar, and Duane O’Donnell caresses the keys of his electronic synthesizers, providing the spatial illusion of a symphonic orchestra. The O’Donnell’s played throughout the Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana areas before traveling to the greener pastures of Northern California, and continue to entertain folks in the Sacramento Valley and foothills of the Sierra Nevada. Marghee believes that her songs are channeled from a higher source, and that they are meant to inspire listeners for the highest good of all concerned. She hopes that you enjoy the melodies and the message.
