Nice anthology!

Among composers in Ukraine, V.Silvestrov is outstandingly famous. While his achivements are worth while vast reputation, we wonder who else are (or were) active there.
 Maria Dolnycky rewards us with her excellent selections
and superb performances.
 This CD futures seven composers. Two of them (Y.Ishchenko and Silvestrov) write in comtemporary manner (curiously 
their birth were a difference of only one year)
and the rest did in rather conventional one. 
 All compositions, avoiding local currency of the era,
hold great personel zeal for poetry.
