Album Notes

All of our songs should be devoted to lonely people. May God give us the strength to share all we have gathered so far!

Maria RH Takeuchi has been writing poems in Japanese since her childhood and wandering all over the world. In 2002 her best friend died of leukemia. She made up her mind to write lyrics in English in order to encourage suffering people in the world.
She met Tim Jones in 2005. She believes it is her destiny to make beautiful songs together.

Tim Jones was born in 1969 and began playing the tuba at age 8. He began working professionally at age fifteen. For ten years he freelanced with many diverse groups. This included contracts with Orchestra Victoria and the Melbourne Symphony. He played in many jazz and pop bands including well known Australian band the Black Sorrows. In 1995 he moved to Tasmania where he still holds the position of principal tuba with the Tasmanian Symphony Orchestra. In 2007 he was invited to perform with the Australian Art Orchestra. He is also an avid composer/arranger and sound recordist.
