Album Notes

Messianic musician, Michael Arias, has brought a mixture of Jewish, Spanish, Country, and Gospel flavors together in this album to unite Jewish believers and Christians as one family in Yeshua (Jesus), the Messiah, from Brooklyn to Miami with fifty years of music to edify your spirit.

Thank you very much, Miami Music Room, for your appreciated contribution in making this album a reality. www.billytunes.com speaks volumes.

“Born in Brooklyn, NY, of immigrant parents, I lived in an eclectic neighborhood with strong Jewish and Italian influences. My heart became a storehouse of the rhythms and melodies of the day. The richness of the cultural influences created an endless variety of music, from klezmer, Angelina’s opera singing and her brother Tommy’s accordion tunes, to the summer sounds of violins and cellos in Prospect Park. I remember fireworks at Coney Island that could be seen from almost every roof-top in Brooklyn, and parades with Cracker Jacks, rock candy, and caramel apples accompanied by sticky fingers and faces. Those were the ‘good old days’.”

“When my family moved to Miami, closer to its Spanish roots, my feet were tapping to salsa, cha-cha, and merengue music. I was like a Sephardic kosher paella, if there could be such a thing. I say ‘kosher’ because, while living a fast life and making more than my share of poor life choices, God was working on me, bringing me into a personal relationship with Him through Yeshua (Jesus Christ), our Jewish Messiah.”

“Money, religiousness and possessions have all been replaced by the complete wholeness of life with Yeshua as my Messiah. My life changed forever when I chose Yeshua, the ‘Lamb of God’ who takes away the sins of the world, and eternal life.” It\'s His blood on the lintel and doorposts of my life that make me whole and forgiven. His judgement passes over me because of Yeshua\'s love.

“This album is my heart’s praise to the God of Israel, the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, my God. Join me in praise and lift the spirits of those around you with ‘Canciones a mi Padre’.”

“May God grant you His Shalom!” Your Jewban Cuban---------
