Mariea Antoinette, the Harp Goddess, is a gift to the world of harp performance. Just as the harp is unique and beautiful, Mariea Antoinette evidences qualities rarely witnessed in the world today. She had been a performer of the harp for over twenty years. Mariea started taking private harp lessons with the San Diego Symphony harpist. She then went on to major in music atU>C>S>D>.Mariea also attended the University of Arizona, Tucson where she pursued a Masters degree in harp performance . Her repertoire includes contemporary jazz, R&B classics, as well as classical and gospel. She has performed in a variety of prestigious venues. Recently, Mariea was showcased in a half hour special on KPBS> She also recently released her new CD aptly titled :"Sexy Paradise" with Carl Evans Jr.,leader and producer of the renowned jazz fusion group "fatburger".She is mezmerizing,sophisticated and uplifting to watch.
