“On an iced-up springtime day, you melted all my grief away, arriving gratefully on cue, erasing silent sorrow blues” is the first verse of Mari’s song ‘Since Forever’ which caps off ‘The BARRY Thought of You' her always-wanted-to-do-this tribute to her main musical muse, Barry Manilow.

With the help of her Creative Collaborator, Perry Rossi (executive producer, musician, vocal coach, arranger, backup vocal) Mari created a story of a life that starts out miserably (From the Top), gets second and third chances (Prelude to a Kiss, Could it be Magic, Somewhere in the Night), has ups and downs (Blue Notes), timeouts (Some Kind of Friend, Read Em and Weep), pursues professional passions (Perfect Pitch), renews hopes (Coda?, Weekend in New England) and finally finds her one true love (Rhapsody in Truth).

She thanks her first music teacher, Louise, her mother who art in heaven who like Barry, inspires all her days: "Since forever till whenever and for always”.
