The very familiar Flamenco guitar techniques such as tremolos, exotic strumming rolls , golpes (tapping), rapid scale passages etc… were sitting there over decades, waiting for someone to come along and use them on these popular Christmas tunes such as "Silent Night" and "Carol of the Bells".
