The Celestina is a New Age Tone Poem in 9 movements that depicts musically the lore of universal creation from a different viewpoint. The music is composed and performed by Mark Andersen on electronic digital synthesis equipment and recorded for the debut performance of this work at New York's Carnegie Hall in 1997.

The music is dedicated to Catherine Dahlstrom, artist and Memory Contento, choreographer whose talent inspired the work.
