"Outside the Circle" was voted 2003 country album of the year in the annual Hawaii Music Awards, but country tunes aren't all that's on it. The nine original songs by me also include blues, rock, reggae and more.
With cover art created by Savannah Scott, the recording features some of Hawaii's best musicians, including:
* Sean Thibadeaux, guitar virtuoso and the CD's producer and arranger;
* My brother Kevin, harmonica;
* Pierre Grill, piano and accordion;
* Andrew de Velschow, pedal steel and banjo;
* Kevin Hughes, horns;
* The Rhythm Butchers, on bass and drums.
