Mark Farris is a delightful performer. Experiencing him for the first time at the Piano Bar Mykonos, this past summer, one is enthralled by his physical beauty, musicality, and recordable vocality. He sounds great on this CD! He is an artist's artist much like Michael Feinstien. You just want to take him home, so I suggest purchasing this CD to at least have his voice in our home.

A Refreshing and Uplifting Start

Farris has a wonderfully moving voice suitable to singing everything from vintage Cole Porter to contemporary Sting. His vocal style has an innert calming effect but without the side effect of putting you to sleep. He keeps me relaxed, not drowsy. Having seen Mark Farris live, I was impressed that he touched me just as much with his recorded music as with the music I enjoyed sitting across the Piano from him at Gentry. Night and Day, Mark is the one!
