Mark Of The Müze is a revolving ensemble that makes delicately woven ambient acoustic music. The slow-motion sound is vaguely Icelandic with its roots under Portland. The warm tone of instrumentation and vocals evoke romanticism and stillness.
The music is recorded in a home-made basement studio in Portland. Recordings are often generated while musing in a candle-lit room under a romantic spell into the wee hours of the night.
The new album, ‘Ocelli’ (Under the Underground), is comprised of vocals, guitar, violin, cello, piano, horns, keyboards, harp, acoustic and electro beats. The record and live performances feature arrangements by artists from the Oregon Symphony, Oregon Ballet Theater Orchestra, Portland Opera, Chamber Music Society, March Forth Marching Band, Stalking Jane, Vagabond Opera and others. Mark Of The Muze performs as a revolving ensemble or solo.

“I was blown away by your performance. Then when you invited us all to come up and get one of your CDs, I couldn't help myself from almost running over people to get to the stage. I've been listening to your CD and love every song. Thanks so much!”

"If there’s one thing this boys got, its pipes, and the talent to back it. His composition skills combined with his out-of-the-ordinary singing range (meaning not many boys can do this) resembles that of the late, great Jeff Buckley. The first two songs on his CD were produced and multi-tracked with him on vocals, piano, guitars, keyboard, keys of violin and cello, and belltones. The other six songs were recorded live and raw, and were equally as enjoyable and damn fucking unique. Keep a look-out for him and his no-fear stage presence." Maranda
