With words from the prophets Isaiah and Haggai... the Apostles John and Paul... and the Lord Jesus Christ himself, “Sound the Trumpet,” challenges believers to pure undefiled religion. (Isaiah 58:6-11, James 1:27) Scriptures put to music include segments from Revelation, Hebrews, Jeremiah and more.

“GREATER IS HE THAT IS IN YOU”
Based on 1 John 4:4, this song encouraged listeners to stand fast against the devil's schemes and to be strong in the Lord. The chorus reinforces the reality that Christ is in those who believe… the Word of God Himself and that we can have victory over sin.

BIO AND MINISTRY STATEMENT...
I was born in Chicago and raised Catholic. Born again, during the Jesus movement, in 1971, I committed my life to Jesus Christ. As a young man, I gladly gave up everything to follow Jesus.

Shortly after my conversion the Lord sent me to Europe where I spent time learning at L’Abri and Youth with a Mission. Some of my early mentors included Dr. Francis Schaefer, Os Guiness, Corrie ten Boom, Brother Andrew, and Loren Cunningham.

I have traveled through Africa, Canada and the United States singing and preaching the gospel of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. My fellowship experiences have included large, medium and small churches, Christian community and home fellowships. From Presbyterian to Charismatic, from the Assemblies of God to Nondenominational home groups, I experienced a wide range of fellowship within in the body of Christ.

As the years went by, I became spiritually complacent slowly being lulled by the cares of this age. Instead of being content with what I had in life, I started to crave more, pursuing “financial gain,” which ultimately lead to bondage (1 Tim. 6:9,10). I fell prey to the pride of life and the lust of the flesh. Walking in shadows, I became backslidden all but losing my connection with Christ.

By God‘s grace, the Lord spoke to me in the midst of my darkness. “Daniel, today if you hear My voice do not harden your heart as the children of Israel did in the wilderness... spending 40 years in the desert!” “Return to Me, and I will restore you!” By God's mercy and grace I repented, and things haven’t been the same since.

There are countless Christians in this same condition today. Many have accepted Christ as their Savior and Lord only to lose their first love for Him. The fire that once burned within them has all but fizzled out. While others have fallen asleep or become complacent in their Christian walk.

God has stirred my heart with a message... a message of love that draws hearts to repentance, faith in God and genuine love for Him and His family.

The call of the Spirit of God is for us to wake up and strengthen what remains. (Rev 3:2) It’s the Word of the Lord to the church of the first century and it’s the Word of the Lord to the church today.

As a laborer in God's harvest field, I am given to building up saints... equipping them to do the work of the ministry.
