Harmonic Ambience is the first in a series of music perfect for meditation, relaxation, yoga and guided imagery created by Mark Provost or Solara Recording and Production.

Mark's experience includes over thirty years as a professional musician and more than twenty years as a sound engineer. As a Guided Imagery Therapist Mark has designed each song to include distinct soundscapes and textures which offer a variety of experiences. This material is also beneficial for unwinding from stressful days at work, to put your children a sleep or to accompany your daily yoga practice as well as for the purposes of relaxation, meditation or personal empowerment.

Recently he has worked with Dr. Charles Leviton and Patti Leviton of Synergy Seminars to produce a series of CDs complementing the practice of Guided Imagery. Guided Imagery is a simple, non-threatening method of relaxation and healing that is fast becoming the treatment of choice in supplementing and supporting both medical and therapeutic care.After experiencing firsthand the power of music and Guided Imagery in his own recovery, Mark has decided to produce music for use in conjunction with the healing and imagery process.

Each song is approximately thirty minutes in length providing music and sound for the entire meditation or imagery.
