Celestial Dreams is the Fourth in a series of music for meditation, relaxation, yoga and guided imagery created by Mark Provost or Solara Recording and Production.
These two CD discs, include four wonderful, new adventures in music. One of the selections is entitled Escaping Earthly Bonds, and is dedicated to the memory of Joyce Lee Harper, who on August 23, 2004, did just that, when she lost her battle with ovarian cancer. You can't listen to this selection without a tear of tribute to a wonderful woman who battled cancer. A portion of the proceeds from this CD will be donated in her memory to the Joyce Lee Harper Memorial Research Fund of the Lynne Cohen Foundation.
After experiencing firsthand the power of music and Guided Imagery in his own recovery, Mark has decided to produce music for use in conjunction with the healing and imagery process. Each song is approximately thirty minutes in length providing music and sound for the entire meditation or imagery. As a Guided Imagery Therapist Mark has designed each song to include distinct soundscapes and textures which offer a variety of experiences. This material is also beneficial for unwinding from stressful days at work, to put your children a sleep or to accompany your daily yoga practice as well as for the purposes of relaxation, meditation or personal empowerment.
