Album Notes

Markus Rollwage, guitarist, vocalist, songwriter, producer and arranger studied classical and electric guitar (KA,ME and SM) at the University of Luebeck in Germany by Prof Albert Aigner and Rock/Pop/Jazz by Prof. Bernd Ruf. He is currently student at McNally Smith College of Music in Saint Paul, Minnesota, by Dr. Mike Bogle. Markus is arranger and guitarist of the „Jan Baruschke Orchestra“ and the „GermanPops Orchestra“. His performance credits now include: Roger Chapman, Geoff Whitehorn, Ronan Keating, Heinz Rudolf Kunze, Matthias Reim and Sandy&Junior. He performed 2005 as a singer, guitarist and arranger of the “GermanPops Orchestra” for Paul McCartney at the benefit gala „adopt a minefield“ in cologne. As a classical guitarist he played concerts with Pepe Romero in Germany and Austria. In 2006 Markus Rollwage recorded his first Solo-CD „King for a day“.
