Born and raised on the southwest side of Chicago, Illinois in the Englewood area, Martinez was just another young man with a dream to make it in the entertainment world. He wanted to do what he loved best, make music. It wasn’t easy though, he didn’t have a lot of resources to work with. It was his drive that helped him accomplish a lot of his goals. Martinez’s love for music, battle rapping in school, writing poetry, and studying different artists enabled him to sharpen his skills to become a better artist. His high school English teacher gave him a little boost in his career and helped him into the music industry by making a phone call to a friend. It was that phone call that opened up a new door for Martinez. Martinez now had the sources needed to make it. Studio time and someone who was a professional in the music field helped direct his career. That direction helped Martinez land many shows. Not only that, he has accomplished many things he has set out to do in the journey to make it in the music business.


Now that Martinez has a studio to vocally express himself his love for music has grown stronger. He has drive to make it, professional direction, and the right people around him to make it. Martinez has worked with some of the hottest celebrities in the industry such as: Public Announcement, producer: Mike Dunn C.E.O/ Dunn Ruff Entertainment, producer: Tizone C.E.O./BaseTone Productions, and has opened up for some hot names too. Such as: Roc-a-fella/Universal artist, Twista, American Idol's own, Fantasia, Kanye West, R. Kelly, Kelly Price, Ideal,Tyreese, Salina Johnson, Charlie Wilson, Ginuwine, Crucial Conflict, Do or Die, Public Announcement, Mystical, Jagged Edge, and Bizzare, of D12, just to name a few.

But Martinez is not just settling for being an opening act, he has his own music, and hit singles too. With songs like, Don't you know, Ooh Ahh!, When you see me in the club!, and I wanna., that has been on radio stations in Chicago, and in Michiana. Martinez is still in the studio making better music, fighting his way to the top, and still pleasing the fans that he already has.
