Our 5 year old granddaughter heard the first few chords on the disk and began interpretive dancing much to our delight. This is wonderful Christmas music to be played over and over without tiring of it!

Got this disk for my mom after hearing a cut on KPLU. Mom is in the "soft jazz, music to cook by" category when she chooses her holiday tunes, and this is a new favorite in her collection. She played it 3 times on Christmas Eve alone, while we made dinner and then cakes and cookies. It's a good assortment of piano, horn and string with nice and clever arrangements that don't jar the ear. 

The disk features traditional songs, all of them well executed. Some are more upbeat, some are down tempo, and one song flows very nicely into the next for a smooth transition between tracks. All in all, I think it was a great little investment to the family Christmas music collection, and I look forward to exploring more work by this artist and seeing what else is in store for my ears!
