From the ripe age of 5, Mary C. took to the stage performing original music written on the steps of
her schoolyard.

Daughter of legendary Jazz recording artist, Mercedes Hall and sister of Actor/Director, 80’s ‘Brat
Pack’ member, Anthony Michael Hall, artistry runs deep in the blood.

Born and raised in New York City, this rising star has been the buzz of NYC’s music scene for the
last few years. While crafting her highly anticipated follow up album ‘Off the Line’, Mary C. has
also been writing, arranging & producing for major labels, such as Sony Music studios, Sony
International, Universal Records, Def Jam Records, John Legend and various independent labels
& recording artists.

Performing sold out shows throughout the country, Mary C. has rocked the stages of Crash
Mansion, Suite 16, Pianos, S.O.B’s, The Cutting Room, Ashford & Simpson’s Sugar Bar and has
her residency and the legendary Bitter End.

With requests to perform all over the country, Mary C. was invited to play at the famous Jones
Beach concert stage, opening on the WaMu stage for Epic Recording artist, Matisyahu and
Zomba Recording artist 311.

Mary C. has performed at the world famous ING New York City Marathon and closed out the
internationally renowned Cape Cod Jazz Festival, to a sold out crowd!

Mary C., along with her critically acclaimed band, Soul Purpose was invited to perform at NYC’s
Pianos music venue, sharing the bill with Grammy nominated R&B artist, Emily King.
In 2010, the invitation was also extended to Mary C. & Soul Purpose to perform at S.O.B’s/
SolVillage alongside recording artists Musiq Soulchild , Bilal, & John Legend.

This R&B showcase series has grown to become one of the most popular in the country.
Most recently, Mary C. performed at NYC’s elite music venue Joe’s Pub—the birthplace of Alicia
Keys.

In 2009 & 2010 Mary C. had penned and recorded original material that has charted on top 100
billboard international dance charts

The summer of 2010 started and ended with a bang!

Performing in Vancouver, Montreal, Alaska, Cape Cod, Boston and NYC

To close out the summer of 2010, Mary C. & Soul Purpose was invited back to close out the
internationally renowned Cape Cod Jazz Festival. Performing to a sold out crowd at Foders #1
rated, Wequassett Resort.

Most recently, Mary C. was chosen to be part of the new Marriott Hotels online Campaign!
Marriott Hotels has hand picked Mary C. & music off her album “Off The Line” to be part of their
new Holiday Launch Campaign and a featured NYC RISING ARTIST TO WATCH!

Winter of 2010 Mary C. has linked up with motivational speaker, Good Morning America contributor and Best Selling Author, Tory Johnson. Mary C. has penned the official theme song for Ms.Johnson's SPARK and HUSTLE campaign!

Although Mary C. has been compared to such artists like, Joss Stone, Christina
Aguilera, Alicia Keys & Amy Whinehouse– there is no doubt that Mary C. brings her own unique
sense of style and flare to her music that separates her artistry from the rest!
