There is something to love in almost every single song on the album and Andy puts his heart and soul into them. My favourite is "You Fit Me Like a Glove" written about his girlfriend Anne which is overflowing with emotion. The lyrics clearly express love and I love the Louis Armstrong influence!!! Alabama Night is another favourite and gets my family and I all singing along. In fact....damn it.....they are all my favourites! Andy ...you rock!!!

After 3 amazing solo records, a great collaboration on FTC and a monster hit children's album, Andy Mason delivers what might be the greatest record of his career. The production quality is fantastic, the compositions are sharp and the overall vibe of Lost Cowboy is enjoyable for all music lovers. Andy Mason is a musician's musician. He pushes himself to always try new things and with this venture into Country we see why he's adored by so many fans. There's something for everyone on this record. Mason is a master songwriter. If you're a boot-scootin' vegetarian you will love "There's Nothin' to Eat in Tucumcari". If you want a little laugh then you'll love the Louis Armstrong inspired "You Fit Me Like a Mitten (Anne's Song)". And if you don't speak English then "A Mi Madre" is the tune for you. Even with all these songs it is tracks like "When Your Time is Up" & "Make You Mine" that really showcase the growth of this gifted artist's voice over the past decade. Although "Make You Mine" is not a Mason original, his voice has never sounded better. So trust me, if you want a quality record that will leave you wanting more buy Lost Cowboy. You will, without a doubt, get your money's worth!
