Album Notes
My Other Love is a guitar album consisting of 11 tunes merging Mats Nermark's influences including guitar players Larry Carlton, Steve Lukather, Lee Ritenour, Michael Landau, Norman Brown and Jojje Wadenius as well as composers Michael McDonald and Donald Fagen.

The tunes were composed over a period of 6 years and were not thought to ever be released on an album. The reason for the release was that Mats Nermark's son, Christoffer Nermark became an accomplished drummer and they thought a CD would be a fun father-son venture. And so it was!

The title track, My Other Love, came about because of Mats Nermark's wife. One day she called his guitar his mistress and his other love and the reason she accepts him to have another love is, of course, a greater love so there's the tune.

Please visit Mats Nermark's web site for song lists, backing tracks and gear/recording notes.
