ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Matt Blais and his band of musical mercenaries make up the emerging, Calgary based band, \"The Matt Blais Connection.\" Combining elements of folk, rock and good ol\' fashion rhythm and blues, this energetic ensemble is truly an exciting musical cocktail. Sean Peters, Mark Robertson, Jamie Leseuer, Spencer Cheyne and Shari Klassen are also part of the home-grown talent pool that continues to join this ensemble in their high energy stage show. This striking group is exponentially gathering attention throughout western Canada. Ever changing arrangements, unique instrumentation and a core of passionate songwriting, colors their performances with a stylistic creativity all their own that definitely connects with all audiences, keeping them on their toes.
