"Thoughtful, strong lyrics promoting hope in the face of fear and despair" is an apt description.  Just so happened to stumble across Matt Fried & am so glad I did.  He's a singer-songwriter who imho totally knows what time it is.  Through his music I feel myself and others held in the arms of LOVE, in a very real lived experience kind of way.  This album speaks to my soul.  Quite remarkable for a "debut" album.
