Album Notes

Matt Kweder is a well recognized name in the Pittsburgh music scene. With over 30 years of experience playing everything from Rock to Zydeco, Matt has established himself as a legitimate songwriter and performer who is well recognized by both his peers and his audience. Although Matt's main instrument is drums and percussion,(which he has taught as well as played for over 30 years), Matt has also been a serious student of piano for over 20 years. This is reflected in the strong melodic bent of the songs on this CD, as well as the heavily layered arrangements on the disc.
In general, Matt truly enjoys both listening to and playing an eclectic mix of songs. Although this is Matt's first disc available through CD Baby, he plans on re-releasing his previous two discs "My Emotions" and "The Return of October" at a future date.
Matt keeps a busy schedule by playing with the bands Alias Morris,Bad Influence,KPG as well as Smokin`Section(whose disc is also available on CD Baby). Matt is currently recording his fourth disc for release in 2007.
