Album Notes

"Black & White" is the second album by "Matt Rocker & the Constituents", released in 1999 from minneapolis, minnesota. With the inclusion of lead guitarist Andy Pierzina and Rocker's increasingly introspective lyrics, the album comes across darker and heavier than it's predecessor "life is but a dream". The penchant for strong guitar hooks and vocal harmonies became more apparent on this LP, which has continued through subsequent releases.
After one more Constituents album, "bipolarbear", Rocker returned to has native New York where he continues to release albums simply as "Matt Rocker".
