Matt Swindells For the last ten years Matt Swindells has enjoyed a career in the music business as a freelance drummer. He has played drums in many different musical settings including, Jazz, Punk, Rock, Latin, Electronic etc. Matt has toured the world playing drums and keyboards with Electronica pioneers Fila Brazillia. Matt is also an accomplished singer songwriter and both of his CD’s are available on this website. His new CD “Matt Swindells Here” features Matt singing and playing most of the instruments. The album also features Lisa Engelken on backing vocals, Jason Muscat on bass and Mike Oria on guitar. Matt’s debut album “Matt Swindells” enlists the talents of Neil Fairclough, Andrew Shepley and Ollie Collins on bass. Johnny Haze plays additional guitar and Jasper Wilkinson plays Saxophone. Matt plays all the rest. In addition to recording and producing his own CDs Matt has recently performed on and co written some tracks for an album called “Dicks” by Fila Brazillia. Matt has also contributed lead vocals for a project called “Raising Lazarus”. Ace bass player Matt Bissonette has written and produced this latter CD, which also features Gregg Bissonette on drums and includes Matt Swindells song “Money In My Tea” (In My Pockets).
