Maxxtone is a five piece Pop-Rock band based out of Springfield,Ma.
The group has been performing together since Oct of '03.
The band has released their debut album "Legend" and is doing regional touring at this time. All five members have been in national touring groups in the past.
Maxxtone's next album is due out in the Spring of '06.
The group has been playing the NYC and Boston scene on a regular basis .
Shawn Pelton(drummer from SNL)writes "Hey man,got your Cd and really enjoyed it. Songs are very hooky in a good pop way.Keep up the good work in the field and let me know when you are in town."
The BIMF writes "Maxxtone has more hooks than a fishermans tackle box" after the groups last performance @ the Block Island Music Fest.
Maxxtone has supported such acts as Howie Day,Eve 6, Jeffery Gaines, Motley Crue,Tiffany, DADA, Better than Ezra and Duncan Sheik.
With all the hard work Maxxtone puts into their music and promotions they are headed towards the national spotlight.
