Another cool discovery! If you've enjoyed the "Michael Mazzarella Home Demos Recordings" CD, you'll love this great demos companion disc as well. Originally issued in 1997 on Not Lame as a very limited (500 CD) release,
this CD contains songs not available anywhere else and features Michael's original demos of Rooks' classics "Reasons", "In A Pinwheel Spin" and "I'm
Not A Joker." We've lucked into a small quantity of this out-of-print gem. Get one while they're available!
***PLEASE NOTE: Not Lame hand-numbered the original 500 copies in 1997. Although our inventory is un-numbered, they are still from the original CD pressing. Great artwork and essay!

It was worth finding out about this guy
author: Daniel RitterI didn't know that this guy was in The Rooks as I had only read about the band in the passed. I bought their best of CD and then took a chance on this one. He's a really strong writer and I like his voice. I'm surprised that he's not more well known.
