MUSIC FOR DREAMS was recorded to help transport your body to a restful and deep sleep. The pieces have been selected from thousands of works encompassing five centuries of music.
Inspired by Bach’s Goldberg Variations which were commissioned by Count Keyserlingk – an insomniac - Ms Baczewska performs the selections in a manner especially devised to help the listener relax.
The album is a marriage of music and medicine. The peaceful sounds will help regulate your breathing and heart rate, and induce a healthy and regenerative sleep.
